I passed my med surg final and peds final both with 85%! Yay. Pretty good considering I didn't get any studying done for my med surg final and just one night for my peds. I also work almost full time, like I'm usually short maybe 10 hours a paycheck from a full time work load. Nursing school and working is totally doable, it's just that much more tiring. There are so many times I wished that I could just do school with no work, however, working in the largest ER on the west coast, gives me a little bit of an advantage and I'm good with that.
So my last semester starts one week from today! I can't believe I'm already at the end. I'm ready to start working on my resume and get my name out there! Hoping that there won't be too much of a delay with the BRN so I can take NCLEX as soon as I can.
Well today is my one day off, and I'm doing laundry, which I need to get back to. So I'll keep you posted on the goings on of the semester.
