Drivin' me nutso!

Some nurses drive me freakin' crazy!!! They remind of exactly how I DON'T want to be. What's so hard about being organized and doing your job!? I'm sure I will initally have some downfalls in learing how to really prioritze when I have my own patients. However, being in clinical I'm learning slowly but surely and just with school and work and my little family, I've learned to prioritize.

I hate seeing my co workers struggle to get through their days. And I get it, cuz when they are busy I'm busy, they have 4 patients, I have the whole module that I have to prioritize. It's just frustrating and drives me nuts!

Oh well, enough of the rant.....thanks for reading!

I like nurses who are fast and smart! I had to ck in to the ER last week and my nurse, who is also a friend, is the best! She didn't dink around, she got my meds, treated me, and discharged me all in a timely manner and with a smile on her face! And she had other patients! I don't understand why other people can't get stuff done in a efficient, timely manner. I hope I'm the kind of nurse my friend is. She's amazing and I wish more people were like her :)

Christmas time, one year since my last post

Ha and I thought I would be keeping up with this. I guess I'm more busy then I thought I would ever be. Christmas is tomorrow and we did presents last night. I got everything I wanted including this amazing new lappy I'm writing you from. It's a sony, it's fast and it's PINK! Thanks babe for all my presents. The Niners gave me the best present today in the form of a WIN again the Sea Chickens!

On a more serious note, I'm about to embark on my last semester of nursing school. I shall try my best to keep this thing updated! Look out for more posts in the coming weeks.
